The Service

TaxAppeal.ie provides an AI-assisted document-drafting tool that produces a notice of appeal for lodgement with the Tax Appeals Commission in Ireland. You pay €9.99 per document generated.

Right of withdrawal (cancellation)

As a consumer entering a distance contract for a digital service you normally have 14 days to cancel. Because we generate and deliver your document immediately at your request, by asking us to generate your document immediately when you pay, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose this 14-day right of withdrawal once the document has been generated. This does not affect your statutory rights if the service is faulty or not as described. Separately, we voluntarily offer the money-back guarantee set out in our Refund Policy.

Your Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information about the Revenue assessment or decision you are appealing
You are responsible for reviewing the notice of appeal before lodging it with the Tax Appeals Commission
You are responsible for lodging your appeal within the statutory 30-day timeframe — we are not responsible for missed deadlines
You are responsible for any tax, interest or amounts due to Revenue, which are outside our control

Intellectual Property

The generated notice of appeal is yours to use for your appeal. We retain no rights over the content of your specific document. The taxappeal.ie website, branding, and underlying technology remain our property.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the document (€9.99). We are not liable for any outcome of your tax appeal, whether successful or unsuccessful.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
